These terms apply to anyone who engages Colin Gautrey for private work, and to all content published on this site.
The work
Private work is a structured engagement between Colin Gautrey and one individual. It is not transferable. Nothing discussed in sessions may be shared with third parties without mutual consent. The work and its contents are confidential on both sides.
Payment
The agreed fee is due before work begins unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled without charge.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once the first session has taken place. Before that point, refunds are at Colin Gautrey’s discretion.
Responsibility
All guidance provided is for your consideration. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. No outcome is guaranteed.
