What the three sessions do

The second session builds the strategy. The dimensions of your repositioning examined and decided in the context of your situation.
The third session lands the plan. Sequence, priorities, first moves. You leave knowing what needs to happen and in what order.
Between sessions you will do focused work directed at your domain and your environment. Throughout the engagement you will have full access to the Gautrey Influence Library.
